Update Your Information in Church Center

Church Center is the Cathedral’s website and mobile app for registrations, giving, volunteer schedules, household information, and more. It is connected to Planning Center, the system the Cathedral uses to manage many parts of our shared life.

Step 1: Open Church Center

Use a computer, tablet, or smartphone to visit:

Step 2: Log In or Create Your Profile

  1. Select Log In or tap the profile icon.
  2. Enter the email address or mobile phone number you use with the Cathedral.
  3. Church Center will send you a secure sign-in link or verification code by email or text.
  4. Follow the prompt to log in or create your profile.

If you already have an account, please use the same email address or mobile phone number the Cathedral has on file. This helps connect you to your existing household record.

Step 3: Review Your Personal and Household Information

  1. Tap or click your profile icon.
  2. Choose My Information and Settings.
  3. Select Personal and household info.
  4. Review and update your name, email address, phone number, street address, and household information.
  5. Save any changes.

Please take a moment to make sure we have the right information for every member of your household.

Step 4: Watch for Your Directory Invitation

By October 15, you should receive an email invitation to join the Cathedral’s online Directory.

The invitation will allow you to participate in the online directory and decide what information may appear in the printed Parish Directory. If you do not receive an invitation by October 15, please contact Amanda DeViney at adeviney@christchurchcathedral.org.

Step 5: Choose What You Want to Share

After receiving your invitation:

  1. Tap or click your profile icon.
  2. Select Directory.
  3. Choose Edit Sharing.
  4. Review each item and uncheck anything you do not want shared.

Any item you uncheck will not be included in the printed directory. If you uncheck all sharing options, your household will not appear in the booklet.

Getting to Know Church Center

While we are still building out Church Center, it is becoming a helpful digital space for staying connected to life at the Cathedral.

In one place, you will be able to:

  • Register for events
  • Explore the Cathedral calendar
  • Make a gift and view your giving history
  • Keep your contact information current
  • Access your volunteer schedule, if you serve in worship or another ministry

We will also begin sending giving statements through Planning Center, so your statement may look a little different in the future. All essential information will still be included.

Some Church Center areas may not yet be populated as staff continue developing the platform. That is okay—please feel free to explore, create or update your profile, and stay tuned for more information in the months ahead.
