About The Event

Sundays, 10–11 a.m.
September 13–October 25
McGehee Conference Room
Taught by Canon Bradley Varnell

What does Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount have to say to the way we live today?

The Sermon on the Mount is the longest continuous section of Jesus’ teaching in Scripture and includes some of his most familiar—and challenging—words. Over seven sessions, this all-adult Bible study led by Canon Bradley Varnell will explore the Sermon on the Mount and consider its message for our lives and faith today.

This Sunday morning option meets during the 10 a.m. formation hour in the McGehee Conference Room, beginning September 13 and continuing through October 25.

Can’t make Sunday mornings? The same seven-session study is also offered Tuesdays from 7–8 p.m., September 8–November 3, in the Mellinger Room, with no class September 22 or October 20.

Registration is required.
