Grieving Together: Professionally Facilitated Grief Support

Grief is one of the most profound and isolating experiences a person can face — and one of the most universal. Grieving Together is a safe, compassionate space for anyone navigating the loss of a loved one, offered right here at Christ Church Cathedral.

The group meets on the 4th Sunday of each month from 3:30–5 p.m. in the Bride’s Room, January through April. Sessions are facilitated by Kay Lynn Jenkins, LCSW, who brings more than 20 years of professional experience working with people through grief and loss. This is a peer support group — meaning you’ll be surrounded not only by a skilled guide, but by others who understand what it means to carry this kind of weight.

Whether your loss is recent or long-carried, whether this is your first time seeking support or you’ve been on this journey for a while, you are welcome here. No registration is required — simply come as you are.
