Good Friday is the most solemn day of the Episcopal year — a day of fasting, prayer, and honest reckoning with the suffering at the heart of our faith. On this day, the church does not look away. We follow Christ to the Cross, and we ask what it means to walk that road today.

This evening, we walk the Stations of the Cross through a lens that is at once ancient and urgently contemporary. A Migrant’s Way was created by the Latino Ministries of the Episcopal Church in partnership with Forward Movement, and it invites us to encounter the suffering of Christ in the faces of those who carry the heavy burden of displacement, injustice, and an uncertain road. As we move through each station, we are reminded that our Lord walks the migrant’s way — and that he calls us to be builders of justice and peace.

This bilingual service is offered in both English and Spanish, and it is one of the most moving and prophetic liturgies of the Holy Week calendar. All are welcome.
