About The Event
Join fellow Episcopalians from across the diocese for an evening of fellowship, food, and baseball! Episcopal Night at the Ballpark is an annual tradition that brings our churches together for a night out at the ballpark — whether you’re a lifelong Astros fan or just in it for the hot dogs, everyone is welcome.
The evening begins at 5:00 PM at the Bishop’s Courtyard at Christ Church Cathedral (1117 Texas Ave.) for a complimentary pre-game social featuring baseball classics: hot dogs, beer, soft drinks, and chips. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with Episcopalians from churches across the Houston area before we all head over to the game together around 6:15 PM.
The Houston Astros face off against the Miami Marlins at Daikin Park, with first pitch at 7:10 PM. A special section of seats has been reserved exclusively for our Episcopal community — so you’ll be surrounded by familiar faces all night long.
