A new program year begins Sunday, September 13, and children and youth across our Cathedral community are invited to reconnect with friends, welcome new faces, and begin another year of growing together in faith.
Children’s Sunday School
Ages 2 years–5th Grade
10:10 a.m.
Huffington Playground
Children’s Sunday School kicks off the year by celebrating summer reading adventures, birthdays, special milestones, and the simple joy of being together again.
We’ll also introduce our theme for the year: “Be Not Afraid.” Through stories, wonder, laughter, and prayer, we’ll discover how God’s great big love gives us courage, walks with us into the unknown, and reminds us that we are never alone.
Youth Sunday School
10:00–11:00 a.m.
The Treehouse
Youth Sunday School returns for a new year of conversation, connection, and discovering together where God’s story meets our own.
Youth are invited to gather each Sunday in the Treehouse to build friendships, explore their faith, ask questions, and grow together as a Cathedral youth community.
Latino Children & Youth Sunday School
During the 1:00 p.m. Spanish-language service
Latino Children & Youth Sunday School also begins its new program year on September 13.
Families are invited to worship together at the 1:00 p.m. service, and children and youth will be invited to gather with their Sunday School leaders during the service for their own time of learning, friendship, and faith formation.
Whether your family is returning, joining us for the first time, habla español, speaks English, is little, nearly grown, or somewhere wonderfully in between—there is a place for you here.
Come celebrate, reconnect, and begin a new year of growing together in faith.
Register for the 2026–27 Program Year
Families should complete the Cathedral’s Children’s & Family Ministries + Youth Registration Form for children and youth ages 0–18 participating in childcare, Sunday School, or youth programming.
Please note that the registration form is hosted through Church Center and requires a Church Center account.
